Outfit of the day: City style

I’m back!

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. From now on, I have decided to write one blog post every two weeks. Postgraduate university life is becoming a lot more stressful as we start to approach our major deadlines and tests, leaving me with very little time to clear my head, sit down and create a decent blog post. I decided that fewer posts would be better than putting up lots of new content that is of a poor quality and seems rushed. I hope you can agree!

These photos were taken by my friend Seth Ryan. He is an incredibly talented photographer so go check out his Instagram account here! We took the morning to explore the city with the goal of finding some new, interesting coffee shops.  I just love the buzz of the Cape Town CBD! There is so much to do and see.

I recently got this faux leather jacket as a graduation gift from my parents (yep, I graduated yesterday, WOO!) This new treasure is from Forever New. I am absolutely loving their new winter range! This jacket is great because it is so versatile. It is thick enough to keep me warm in the winter with some black leather boots and some distressed jeans. However, it can also be worn with a pretty summer dress and some ankle boots for a pretty, yet edgy look. It’s a great, snug fit made from material that feels EXACTLY like leather.

I hope everyone has had a great week and that you don’t have to catch up on university work this weekend like I do (sigh).

Here are the photos from our coffee adventures!
